Our story began in 2011 with the inaugural Singapore-ANZICS Intensive Care Forum. Since then, the meeting has grown and evolved into the Asia Pacific Intensive Care Symposium (APICS), a gathering that brings together the critical care community from across the region and beyond.

2026 marked an important milestone in that journey, as APICS ventured beyond Singapore for the first time. The Bali edition was a tremendous success, made possible by the generosity of our Indonesian hosts and the enthusiasm of faculty and delegates. It also affirmed what APICS has increasingly become: a truly Asia Pacific meeting, connected by a shared commitment to advancing critical care.

In 2027, APICS returns home to Singapore for our 14th edition, bringing with us renewed energy and fresh perspectives.

We look forward to bringing our community together once again for an outstanding programme of science, lively discussion and meaningful connections. Whether you have been part of APICS for many years or will be joining us for the first time, we hope you will come ready to learn, contribute and enjoy everything that makes this meeting special.
