Attendees must provide proof of payment by attaching the payment remittance following the registration fee payment to registration@sg-apics.com.

An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required if registration fees are not credited to the account on time.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Registered delegates who are unable to attend may send an alternate i.e. one-for-one substitution at no extra charge. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing to the Symposium Registration Secretariat before 1 May 2026.

• Substitution requests received after the deadline will be subject to a processing fee of USD 50.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellation requests must be submitted, no later than 1 May 2026 to receive a full refund. However, an administrative fee of USD 50 will be imposed.

• Cancellation requests received after the deadline will not be entertained, and are chargeable, including No-Shows.
• There will be No refund of any type for paid registrations, including any bank transfer fee or surcharge levied by the bank or credit card company.
• All approved refunds will be made within two months after the congress is held.
