E-POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Please read the guidelines carefully.

  • Prepare the abstract text and illustrations in Arial, using clear, legible fonts at a minimum of 13 pt for body text and larger sizes for headings.
  • Submit your poster in PDF format.
  • Place the title and author names at the top of the poster exactly as submitted in the abstract. If any amendments are required, please inform the Symposium Secretariat at abstract@sg-apics.com.
  • All text, illustrations, and graphics should be clearly legible from a distance of at least two metres.
  • Each accepted poster will be assigned an E-poster panel prior to the Symposium. Posters will be displayed on a rotating schedule throughout the Symposium days alongside other submissions.
  • The presenting author must include a Disclosure Slide provided by the Symposium Secretariat in their poster.

Recommended Design Tips

  • Leave a margin around the edges so that content is not obstructed.
  • Organise content in sections or columns for easy reading.

Poster Content

Your poster should include the following elements:

  • Title, author(s), and institution
  • Short summary
  • Introduction, including background and objectives
  • Methodology
  • Summary of results
  • Conclusions
  • Tables, graphs, and images (colour is recommended)
