Please be wary of housing piracy companies approaching delegates/sponsors/exhibitors to book rooms through their channels and claiming that they are the official accommodations provider or are acting on behalf of the Symposium. These companies charge non-refundable deposits from the time when you make a reservation, making it impossible for delegates to cancel their reservations. In some situations, the reservations are sometimes non-existent, but payment has been taken.
