For enquiries, please contact <a href=\"mailto:abstract@sg-apics.com\">abstract@sg-apics.com<\/a>.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><h4><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Abstract submissions closed on 23 March 2026 at 2359 GMT+8.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT AND NOTIFICATION OF DECISION<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>After submitting your abstract, you will receive an email confirmation that your abstract has been received.<\/li>\n<li>Please contact the Secretariat at <a href=\"mailto:abstract@sg-apics.com\">abstract@sg-apics.com<\/a> if you have submitted an abstract and did not receive an email acknowledgement.<\/li>\n<li>Notifications regarding the status of your abstract acceptance will be sent out by <b>13 April 2026 onwards<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>PRESENTATION AT THE SYMPOSIUM<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Instructions for preparation of e-poster presentations will be sent together with the acceptance notification.<\/li>\n<li>The Organising Committee will endeavour to schedule abstracts according to authors\u2019 preferences but reserves the right to decide on the final form of presentation.<\/li>\n<li>For each abstract, at least one author is expected to attend the symposium.<\/li>\n<li>Abstract presenters need to register by the registration deadline for inclusion in the symposium programme and the presentation schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>PREPARING YOUR ABSTRACT FOR SUBMISSION<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Abstracts should include concise statements for:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Objectives:<\/strong> Background and specific aims of the study<\/li>\n<li><strong>Methods:<\/strong> Description of methods used<\/li>\n<li><strong>Results:<\/strong> Summary of results obtained<\/li>\n<li><strong>Conclusions:<\/strong> Conclusions reached<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>For <strong>case reports<\/strong>, abstracts should include:\n<ul>\n<li><b> Background:<\/b> Clinical question and relevance<\/li>\n<li><b> Case report:<\/b> History, key findings, treatment\/management, patient outcome<\/li>\n<li><b> Discussion:<\/b> Significance, literature support, key message<\/li>\n<li><strong>Conclusion\/learning points<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Abstracts must meet the following specifications:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Abstract title<\/strong> \u2013 Maximum 25 words<\/li>\n<li><strong>Abstract text<\/strong> \u2013 Maximum 300 words<\/li>\n<li><strong>Abstract topic<\/strong> \u2013 Must be chosen from a theme listed in the Scientific Programme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>You may upload <strong>1 graphic\/image<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Use <strong>standard abbreviations only<\/strong>. Special abbreviations must be explained at first appearance.<\/li>\n<li>All abstracts must be submitted and presented in <strong>clear English<\/strong>, with accurate grammar and spelling suitable for publication.<\/li>\n<li>The submission link at the top of this page allows you to store your abstract in draft form to facilitate edits. Please note that abstracts must be submitted before the deadline to be sent for review for inclusion in the Scientific Programme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>DECLARATION OF CONSENT TO PUBLICATION AND ASSIGNATION OF COPYRIGHT<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Please take note of the following terms:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The submitted abstract cannot be modified or corrected after the submission deadline has closed.
